You can request a cancellation for your order before it has been fulfilled or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to process a cancellation request. For custom-made Resin art products, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.

Refund Process:
If your cancellation request is received before the order is fulfilled or shipped, we will process the refund using the original payment method used during the purchase. You can expect the refund to reflect in your account within 7-10 business days.
International Orders:
Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations for international orders once they have been dispatched.
