Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. You may be eligible for a return and a discount coupon (equivalent to the purchase price) under the following conditions:
- You receive a product with a manufacturing defect.
- You receive an incorrect product, and we are unable to replace it with the same item.
- The product is out of stock for replacement.
Refund Process:
- No cancellations or refunds will be provided except as outlined in this policy.
- For approved returns, you will receive a discount coupon equivalent to the purchase price, which can be used for future purchases.
- Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery for domestic orders only.

- Order number
- Clear photographs of the issue
- Unboxing video (mandatory for all return/refund requests)

We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders once dispatched, except in cases of visible damage or defects upon arrival. A mandatory unboxing video is required to process such returns.
Shipping and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with international orders. Return shipping for international orders, unless due to damage or defect, will also be at the customer’s expense.
