Eligibility for Refund:

You can request a cancellation for your order before it has been fulfilled or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to process a cancellation request. For custom-made Resin art products, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.

  • You may be eligible for a refund if:
  • You receive a product with a manufacturing defect.
  • You receive an incorrect product.

How to Request a Refund:

Refund Process:

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the details provided and assess your eligibility for a refund.If your request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, as it may take some time for bank processing.

Payment Failures and Refunds (as per RBI Guidelines):

In the rare event that a payment authorization is successful on Razor pay but the funds are not reflected in our account (failed transaction), we understand this can be frustrating. Here’s what happens in such cases:

We will investigate the issue: We’ll work with Razor pay to identify the cause of the failure and attempt to recover the funds. This process may involve contacting the issuing bank and may take some time to resolve.

Communication is key: We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and provide you with updates on the status of your payment.

Following RBI Guidelines: As per the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, we will follow these procedures for resolving failed transactions and refunds:

Technical Failures: If the failure is due to a technical glitch, we’ll work with Razor Pay to rectify the issue and credit your account as soon as possible.

Chargebacks: In cases of disputed transactions (e.g., unauthorized transactions, product not received), we will cooperate with the issuing bank’s investigation process. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, a full refund will be processed within the timeframe which is typically within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that refunds are not available for reasons other than manufacturing defects or incorrect products. We encourage you to carefully review the product details and images before making a purchase. Custom-made and sale items are final and not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

Return Shipping:

If your refund request is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for you to return the item to us.

International Orders:

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for international orders once they have been dispatched, except in cases of damaged or defective items upon arrival.
