We create each handmade Resin art product with love and care. While every effort is made to deliver your product in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected.
Two-Day Return Window (Domestic Orders Only)
Returns are accepted strictly within two (2) days from the date of delivery and only under the conditions outlined below. After this period, no return requests will be entertained.
Please Note: We do not offer cancellations or refunds. All approved returns will be eligible only for a discount coupon equivalent to the purchase price.
Conditions for Returns
Eligible Items:
- Products with manufacturing defects
- Incorrect products (i.e., items that do not match the order)
Return Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging intact.
- Unboxing video and clear photographs of the issue are mandatory for return approval.
Manufacturing Defects:
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may return it. Please note that natural variations in handmade resin art products do not constitute defects, as each piece is uniquely crafted.
Incorrect Product:
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return.
Handmade Product Disclaimer:
Natural variations in our resin artwork are part of its uniqueness and do not qualify as defects.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Share the Following via WhatsApp:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the issue on the website Order section – Return Request with 2 day from the delivery date.
- Mandatory unboxing video on WhatsApp (return will not be processed without it)
- Return Evaluation:
- Our internal team will review the request and notify you of the decision.
- Approved Returns:
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
- You will receive a discount coupon equivalent to the product value (no cash refund).
- The coupon is valid for a limited period and can be used for a future purchase.
International Orders
We do not accept returns on international orders once dispatched, except in cases of visible damage or defects upon arrival. A mandatory unboxing video is required to process such returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items
- Products returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects or incorrect items
Once sold, products cannot be returned unless they meet the above return conditions.

Crafty Crawly reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any updates will be published on our website and will apply to all orders placed thereafter.
