Five Day Replacement Period for Domestic Orders:
We only offer replacements strictly in accordance with our policy, within five days from the date of delivery for orders within India. This means that once a product is sold, it is only eligible for replacement. The five-day period begins on the date the customer receives the delivery. Once a product is sold, it cannot be canceled.
Conditions for replacements:
Eligible Items: Items eligible for replacements must be unused, in their original condition, and with the original packaging intact.
Manufacturing Defect
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may return it for an replacements. Please note that natural variations in handmade Resin art products do not constitute defects, as each piece is unique.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a replacements, please inform us within five days of receiving your shipment. You can contact us immediately via Order section – Replacements Request or email us at care@craftycrawly.com or whatsapp us with the following mandatory details-
- Order number
- Reason for replacements
- Mandatory Clear images showcasing the issue is mandatory to initiate a replacements.
Exchange Process
Contact Us: Inform us about the replacements request within the stipulated timeframe by via Order section – Replacements Request, email at care@craftycrawly.com or Whatsapp chat. Please provide your order details and a brief description of the issue.
Replacements Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a replacements authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Packaging: Ensure that the returned item is securely packaged in its original packaging and includes all accessories, if applicable.
Replacement Shipment: We will arrange for the return shipment for replacements. Replacements shipping costs for eligible returns (manufacturing defects or incorrect products) will be covered by Crafty Crawly.
International Orders: Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders once they have been dispatched, except in cases of damaged or defective items upon arrival (Unboxing video mandatory).
Non-Returnable Items: Replacements for reasons other than manufacturing defects or incorrect products are not eligible for a refund as per Refund policy. Custom-made/sale items are not eligible for replacement under any circumstances.
Changes to the Policy: Crafty Crawly reserves the right to make changes or update this return policy. Any modifications will be communicated on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the updated policy is posted.
